As the world is facing the challenges of dealing with novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we wish to keep you informed about the ongoing effective steps which we are taking at EKHO Hotels & Resorts to support you and your travel plans. As the situation around coronavirus continues to evolve, we too will put in place the latest recommended measures to prevent the spread of the deadly virus.

EKHO Hotels & Resorts team would like to assure you that we are following the guidelines and recommendations of national and international health authorities and governments. The safety and security of our guests and team members remains our utmost priority. In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional preventative measures to minimise the spread of the virus. We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, sanitising luggage & room keys, public bathrooms, etc.).

EKHO Hotels & Resorts has taken measures to alter our food and beverage service in accordance with current food safety recommendations. We have placed antibacterial hand sanitisers in all public areas including outdoor poolside.

In addition to the above we would like to offer flexible booking options for our future arrivals. Given the uncertainty of the situation, we are making additional adjustments to our individual booking policies. As guests might be forced to postpone or cancel their stay with us, we have made temporary alterations to our cancellation policy for such guests. The amended policy applies during the travel ban and only for guests travelling from restricted countries.
